1. Notice

3.1. Data We Collect

We collect various forms of personally identifiable information. This includes all information which could directly be used to identify you, such as your name, email address, and payment information.

We also collect the images you upload to our service ("User Content") for the sole purpose of generating AI Images.

3.2. How We Use Your Data

We use your personally identifiable information for the following purposes:

• To provide you with access to HookLens’s features.
• To process your payments.
• To inform you about important information regarding HookLens.
• To contact you about the status of your image generation, if there is a problem, or if you request support.

HookLens's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3.3. Sharing Your Data with Third Parties

Some of your personal information and User Content must be shared with our partners to provide you with our essential services. Specifically:

• AI Model Providers: To generate your AI Images, we send your uploaded photos to our AI model provider, **fal.ai**. They process the image to create the final result. Their use of your data is governed by their privacy policy.
• Payment Processors: Your payment information is securely shared with our payment processors to handle transactions.

If a legal request for your personally identifiable information is made by a court or law enforcement, we may be legally required to provide it. Outside of these categories, no party outside of HookLens will ever get access to your personal information unless you specifically grant us permission.

4. Retention of Information

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide you with our services. Your uploaded photos are deleted from our systems within 7 days, and the generated AI Images are deleted within 30 days. All other personally identifiable information will be deleted when you delete your account or when you explicitly request us to delete it. Once your request has been submitted and confirmed, your information will be deleted within 14 days.

Information may be retained for longer if necessary for legal requirements.

5. Your Rights

You are the owner of your information. As stated by the DPDPA and GDPR, you have several rights regarding your information:

• Right of Access: You can request a copy of all personally identifiable information we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: You can request to have any incorrect information corrected.
• Right to Erasure: You can request that some or all of your personally identifiable information be erased.
• Right to Restriction of Processing: You can request that we stop processing your information under certain conditions.
• Right to Data Portability: You have the right to transfer your information to another party.
