Sub-Processors

HookLens uses certain sub-processors (including the third parties listed below) and content delivery networks to assist it in providing the HookLens Services as described in our Terms of Service.

What is a Sub-processor?

A sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by HookLens who has or potentially will have access to or process customer data (which may contain personal information). HookLens engages different types of sub-processors to perform various functions.

Due Diligence & Contractual Safeguards

HookLens evaluates the security, privacy, and confidentiality practices of proposed sub-processors that will or may have access to or otherwise process customer data and enters into appropriate agreements with each such sub-processor.

Infrastructure & Service Sub-processors

HookLens works with the following third parties to provide the core infrastructure and functionality of the Services. In order to provide the relevant functionality, these sub-processors may access customer data. Their use is limited to the purposes listed below.

Content Delivery Networks

HookLens may use content delivery networks (“CDNs”) to provide the Services, for security purposes, and to optimize content delivery. CDNs are commonly used systems of distributed services that deliver content based on the geographic location of the individual accessing the content.
